About MySymBios
Malaysian Symposium of Biomedical Science (MYSYMBIOS) is an annual national-level programme, which gathers all the Biomedical Science students across Malaysia, mainly to discuss and exchange the knowledge related to the healthcare research and diagnostic fields. It also provides a full platform for developing and strengthening a community of future biomedical scientists that will help to drive the advancement of Biomedical Science as a professional field in Malaysia.
Up till now, there are 10 national-level symposiums that have been successfully organized by six universities, which are International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), and University of Malaya (UM), which involves the participation of the private and public universities across our country. The upcoming symposium will be hosted by the Department of Biomedical Science, International Medical University (IMU).
