Registration Guidelines

1. Registration is open to presenters and non-presenters. Only undergraduate students are

    allowed to participate as a presenter. 

​

2. Each participant and presenter is required to fill up the registration form in order top

    participate in this symposium. 

​

3. The registration form is in the form of Google Form. The link of each Google Form ill direc

    to the registration form of each university respectively.

​

4. Please fill in the registration form according to the university as listed below.

 

5. The registration form must be filled once and completely.

​

6. All the registration must be done before 15 APRIL 2020, any registration after the deadline

    will be not entertained.

​

7. Every university representative will responsible to collect each participants's payment and

    send to the given account number, CIMB Bank 1111111111 (Ariel Ho).

Registration Guidelines

1. Registration is open to all undergraduate students.

2. No registration fee is imposed on the participants.*

​

3. Registration should be made strictly according to the google docs of the respective university. 

​

4. Participants who will be presenting, please do register and refer to the presentation rules in the link provided below.

 

5. Each participant is only allowed to register ONCE.

​

6. Certificate will be given to the participants that have attended the sessions. 

​

7. Participants are required to have a Zoom account.

​

8. Registration closes on 12 February 2021

​

* Only presenters required to pay RM30 once you receive the acceptance email. Further details regarding payment will be sent to your email.

Group payment

Every university representative will be held responsible to collect each participant's registration fee.

The payment must be transferred to the given bank account.

Kindly send the transfer receipt along with the contact details of the university representative to 11thmysymbiosimu2020@gmail.com for record-keeping purposes. 
​
Payments received without such details cannot be identified and will be considered as void.

Confirmation 

Each university representative will receive an email notification confirming the received payment and state the outstanding amount after the completion of registration. 

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the university representative only upon request. Please contact us to ask for your receipt. 

Refund policy

Fees refunds are NOT given to participants who are unable to attend the event. They may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to the university representative.
